History

McShane Construct-All International’s history begins in 1993 when brothers Tim and Dan McShane founded the home remodeling and building business, McShane Construct-All Enterprises. After several successful years of doing business in Northeast Ohio, Tim and Dan McShane split the business in 2006. Tim McShane formed McShane Construct-All International with Brian Lancy and Dan McShane continues to successfully operate McShane Construct-All Enterprises in the Northeast Ohio area.

Today, with its office located in Stow, Ohio, McShane Construct-All International not only does business in Northeast Ohio with home additions and construction, but also in Arizona and New Mexico. Two years ago, McShane Construct-All International became the exclusive builders for Arizona Sky Village, an astronomy-based community located in Portal, Arizona. The company was the first to build stick-frame construction homes in that area. McShane Construct-All International is one of a few builders in that area that offers a quality product at an affordable price.

McShane Construct-All International also partnered with Eugene Turner as developers for Ranch Hidalgo, located in Rodeo, New Mexico. The company also is involved in property acquisition and development in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico.

Tim McShane is a licensed contractor in both New Mexico and Arizona. He is graduated from The University of Akron with a bachelor of science degree in marketing management. He also is a proud graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School where he continues to be actively involved.
